Your Support Makes a Difference
The Penticton & District Hospice Society gratefully accepts monetary contributions in support of Moog & Friends Hospice House and the Hospice Palliative Care Program. Your donations help ensure compassionate, dignified end-of-life care continues to be available for individuals and families throughout our community.
We are deeply thankful for the generosity of those who choose to give. Whether in memory of a loved one, in recognition of a caregiver, or simply in support of the work we do.

Plaque in the Hospice Garden
The Hospice House garden is a soothing outdoor space meant for remembrance, reflection and renewal. It is an oasis designed to give peace of mind to families at challenging times.
Plaques
Donations of $1000 or more are eligible to request a 3” round cast bronze plaque and choice of basalt column placement in the Hospice garden.
These donations are required to be given as one lump sum or a group of donations given at one time. Warm, dry weather is required for proper installation, so installation is not possible during the winter months.
Please confirm the desired wording for your memorial plaque. To provide for continuity on the plaques, the maximum number of digits allowed are 50 – this includes letters, hyphens, spaces etc. The maximum number of lines is 4.
